Fiona demonstrates a version of vrksasana, or tree pose.

You’ll notice that her form is a bit different from Zita’s tree pose. These are just two versions of the same naked yoga asana. The raised foot doesn’t have to be pressed into the standing leg.

Her hands are in jnana mudra, a meditative position. I think it’s called something else besides jnana mudra, though, when the hands are held on either side of the face. I looked and looked and couldn’t find the name of this hand gesture, but I know I just read about it somewhere. (Continued with larger photo »)

Beautiful Luba is back, meditating in the nude.

Luba is sitting naked in lotus position, or padmasana. This takes practice and a great deal of hip flexibility. Don’t force it, or you could damage the knees. Work up to it by doing hip-opening poses like bound angle (baddha konasana) and pigeon pose (kapotasana).

This posture is a naked halasana, or nude yoga plow pose.

From shoulderstand, keep your upper body upright as you bend at the hips, dropping the feet to the floor above the head.
