Two things are clear about this nude yoga pose…

First, this is a difficult pose. It’s basically a yoga split (hanumanasana) and a side angle stretch (parsvakonasana) combined.

Sometimes called a straight-leg lunge, you get into this pose from side angle, hand to the floor inside the front foot. Then you lift and lengthen the forward leg while reaching the other hand to the bottom of the foot.
