This posture is a naked halasana, or nude yoga plow pose.

From shoulderstand, keep your upper body upright as you bend at the hips, dropping the feet to the floor above the head.

At this point, most yogis and yoginis plant their toes, but what do you say — we’ll cut beautiful Nataly some slack.

Straighten your legs, and continue lifting your tailbone up towards the ceiling. Relax the jaw.

Either keep your hands supporting your back, or take your arms to the floor as Nataly demonstrates here.

Here Nataly demonstrates a nude variation on the dancer pose (Natarajasana, or “King of the Dance”).

No doubt we don’t need a king of the dance when we have a naked princess performing such lovely nude yoga asanas for us!

Lotus, or padmasana, is rather difficult for many of us accustomed to sitting in chairs. It takes some time to increase flexibility in the hips to enter this pose.

Try to force the posture, and you will put undue strain in your knees. Take it steady and easy as you work up to this difficult pose.
