Headstand requires some upper body and core strength, but isn’t as difficult as it looks. It’s tempting to give you the posture cues so you can do your own nude headstand, but really you need to practice under supervision of a qualified teacher when first learning this asana.

Headstand, or sirsasana in Sanskrit, is called the king of postures because of its many health benefits. It has a number of contraindications as well, so do seek the guidance of a yoga teacher. It’s up to you and your teacher whether you practice this yoga pose naked or not.
