This nude yoga position is the camel pose, which is great for your back.
Actually, the camel pose is reportedly good for a great number of things, including depression.
Here Anne demonstrates the full pose — and quite beautifully, I might add. I don’t know about you, but I’m not feeling too depressed at the moment. It must work.
If you want to try out some nude yoga in the camel pose, here’s what you do. Obviously, get naked first. Next, before you throw your back out, make fists and push them firmly into your lower back for support and try a little back bend.
And if that goes well, reach back with one hand to your heel. Bring that hand back to your lower back and try the same on the other side. No discomfort? Great — only then should you try the full pose.
