This posture is a naked halasana, or nude yoga plow pose.
From shoulderstand, keep your upper body upright as you bend at the hips, dropping the feet to the floor above the head.
At this point, most yogis and yoginis plant their toes, but what do you say — we’ll cut beautiful Nataly some slack.
Straighten your legs, and continue lifting your tailbone up towards the ceiling. Relax the jaw.
